if im sending out a product thats faulty and still under warranty should the company pay for shipping?
I was told I would have to purchase my own shipping label /w box etc.. is this right? usually I just have to get a box and companies would ship out a label to slap on the box.
It is not right but if they did not claim to pay the shipping for returned faulty products, than they don't have to.
