Why do I get a high pitched screeching noise on my Cisco Call Manager ?

When the screeching occurs I cannot receive or make external calls but can call between extensions. I believe the fault to be on the voice gateway.

there is a user forum...check it out....I had to turn the first 3 dip-switches to off....look at your settings...
