I have yahoo phone in and phone out service but the quality of the head phone and mic is not the best. Can I use a skype type internet phone to make and recieve calls on Yahoo Messenger?

I have an ipod touch and I keep typing in my WEP key and I have done it carefully every single time and I can't get internet on my ipod touch. So I need to unlock my wirless network so I can get WIFI on my ipod touch. I have a Lynksys Wireless-G usb network adapter.
