Magicjack: after installing no dial tone, what to do?

I have chatted with several people on the help part, they help and it works for a few hours then nothing. No dial tone. I have replaced a phone already. The phone isn't the problem. I have checked to see if compatible the help check says it is all compatible. Can anyone help me, I' d like to keep this thing but it has to work for me to keep it. I also checked to see if anything in my computer was noncompatible and it says everything is compatible.
